Spanish-Language Marketing Intern
This internship will contribute to our on-going efforts in Los Angeles by providing staff, partners, and volunteers with print collateral that is culturally relevant and is in one’s native language. There are many barriers to accessing national parks, and effective marketing and trip planning resources are a couple ways to help overcome those obstacles. The intern will work closely with the park’s supervisory visual information specialist, joining a team of other creative media interns and volunteers.
There are two main responsibilities for the intern:
- Translate existing interpretive publications and prepare them for the web and for press
- Co-develop new Spanish language media with existing partner organizations and communities in Los Angeles. The intern will produce at least twenty translated publications and five new publications. Publications may include posters, handouts, postcards, and site bulletins.
